In June 2026, thymica and The Arctic Hideaway invite a small group of remote professionals to Fleinvært for a structured stay where focused work and restorative practice exist side by side. Between work sessions, you will be guided through cold exposure, breathwork, movement, and simple daily rituals designed to sharpen attention and regulate the nervous system. The intention is not escape, but integration: to leave with practices you can continue once you return to your everyday life.
